OUR SERVICES
Organic Mill in Northern Germany
Our mill in Neumünster is a pure organic mill – we process exclusively organic grain, which we obtain, in addition to our own, directly from farmers in the region with whom we have been working together in a trustful partnership for years. We also offer special flours and individual solutions.
Purchase
The basis of our assortment is our international purchasing department with more than 25 years of organic experience: excellent contacts to agriculture, own imports and best contacts to the industry, which produces for us according to our specifications, such as baking improvers, malts, etc. All this under the premise of regionality and short distances.
Laboratory
We regularly supply our customers throughout Germany on fixed routes with our own logistics, reliably and punctually. Refrigerated or unrefrigerated, bagged goods on pallets or roller blinds or loose goods in silo trucks, depending on customer requirements. In addition, we cooperate closely with forwarders experienced in the transport of food.

Warehouse
Thanks to our modernised and extended warehouse, with three different temperature zones, we can guarantee the availability of a wide range of products and a very good capability to deliver. Our warehouse logistics team takes care of the careful processing of your orders as well as safe and on-time delivery.
